9 months agoOh wow, that’s really a bummer to have such back problems. I hope they don’t last too long before they give you a reprieve of some sort. I love these colors that you use by the way they’re so soothing and pretty and the shading is beautiful with these colors in the picture, love it!

9 months agoSensational ... beautiful as ever 🧡💚 Back pain can also be caused by stress/anxiety. I try to slowly bend backwards and repeat it till the pain kind of softens/lessens. It is like facing the pain in gradual progressive steps. Hope you feel better soon xx

9 months agoOh I know all about sciatica. I get epidural shots - they work miracles. Do you stretch? There’s a free video on line from a company called HasFit. They have a 20 minute sciatica stretch routine that is amazing at giving relief. I discovered it when my pain was so bad and I was crawling with pain - try it. I hope it helps 🙏🏼

9 months agoGorgeous Tracy! Your Autumn colors on your pictures are spectacular! Yes, the ber months are my favorites too! We’ve had such pleasant weather for the last week…cool nights and daytimes in the 90s have been so refreshing! Unfortunately, it’s supposed to heat up again to 114 tomorrow and into next week…yuck!
