Just read your comment. I totally get it. Sometimes it’s just not worth it. I’m actually not a huge medicine person and think we need to look more at the root of the problem rather than just a band-aid all the time. At the same time, sometimes it’s necessary. But I think you’re wise to try and address the cause in your case and I wish you much success in that. In my daughter’s and my cases, ours are/were mostly hormonal so not much way to address that but hopefully this Emigality will help. 🙏🏻4U
