Hello my beautiful friends! I’m finally back from my LONG break, and while it definitely was necessary, I missed the Recolor community more than you could ever know. With the stress of school, finals, and just mental exhaustion (mostly from self image issues), it was getting very difficult to find time for my hobbies, or motivation. During these past couple of months away, I’ve worked on self love and contentment, along with just growing as a person.

10 months agoI’m finally in a very good place, and I am beginning to find joy in the small things, the big things, the things I love, everything…I’m beginning to love and be excited about everything again. I don’t enjoy bringing up negative topics, but mental health has been a huge struggle for me, and I wouldn’t wish what I’ve gone through on anyone. I’m sharing all of this with you to explain where I’ve been, and to hopefully connect with those of you who share similar experiences.

Now, on to the actual artwork. I’m very happy with this piece, I was in a GINORMOUS coloring slump for some time there. I originally was planning to post Moana as my next Disney princess, but the template I was using just wasn’t working for me, so I gave up and deleted her all together from the series 😅.
