@Eager2Color Thank you for your prayers. I will let you know how they're doing. My dad is doing better, so I am hoping he has a really mild case. She's really struggling with every breath. I unfortunately, have known a number of people who have had COVID, and my uncle is a COVID long-hauler. Keep safe, and be cautious: it's still a very real danger.

@andriavanb Well hopefully he’s doing a little better. Your friend will get through this. If she can manage to make it through cancer time after time surely she can make it through the virus. Just stay strong for both. I’ll be here if you need to talk! ❤️

@Eager2Color My dad is getting better. She is really struggling with her total lack of an immune system. Fevers, exhaustion, aches, hard to breathe, talk, etc. Her oxygen level has stabilized finally. She may feel incrementally better. I can barely sleep at all for the last week worrying about it!

@andriavanb I was just about to ask you how she was doing before I saw your comment! Well good for your dad, I’m thankful it was an easier case for him. And oh boy! That’s terrible. The oxygen is good though, maybe she will be able to breathe better, hopefully allowing her to recover faster. Thanks for the update! And I know you’re concerned for her, but take some time for yourself. Allow yourself rest and relaxation, if not for you, for her. You matter too! Thanks for the update! ❤️🙏

@Eager2Color Well, hi again. You've been so kind to a virtual stranger! My family is in week two now of Covid, and my dad is thankfully down to mild Covid symptoms. My mom, with her weakened immunity, is still really struggling. She did feel well enough to text me a few times today which is definite progress. I have been so stressed, I can still barely sleep. My mom is my best friend. It's so ingrained in my nature to take care of others that not being allowed near her is awful. So prayer... 🙏

@andriavanb Aww, well now I think of us as friends, and all of my friends (and strangers alike) deserve someone to check on a talk to. I’m so glad your dad is recovering! It’s terrible how it’s spread, though. I understand family members with poor immunity, I have a handful. I’m praying for you and your entire family, please come to me if you ever need to rant or let out feelings. I’m always here. ❤️

@Eager2Color @Eager2Color Hi my friend. I hope you and your family are well. My dad has thankfully fully recovered from Covid. My mom was doing slightly better, then took a turn backwards, feeling much increased pain, fatigue, and nausea. She was almost overwhelmed. Lots of praying that night. She's doing a little better again, and I was even able to talk to her on the phone for the 1st time in nearly 3 wks. Not sure what Thanksgiving is going to look like, but I am grateful for my family! 🙂💯

@andriavanb Hello friend! Me and my family are doing wonderful! I’m so sorry about your mother, hopefully that was her last wave and that she’ll have a speedy, easy recovery ❤️‍🩹. Thanksgiving will be a mess for most family’s, and even though you may not be able to be surrounded by loved ones, they will definitely be in both yours and their hearts. Zoom is a wonderful app, much like FaceTime. I recommend if your doing an online holiday. Much prayers and love, happy Thanksgiving! 🦃🍁

@Eager2Color I'm happy to hear that your family is doing so well, my friend! Miraculously enough, today my mom finally had a negative Covid test. She still has lingering issues, but she has really rallied. I think she's finally on a real uphill swing! It's amazing, and I believe it was all of everyone's prayers. The rest of my family is getting together for Thanksgiving at my brother's. We have a lot to be grateful for. Thank you for your support, prayers and have a happy Thanksgiving!🦃🦃🦃🦃🙏

@Eager2Color Tomorrow I am going over to stay at my parents' house for a week to help take care of my mom while she recovers from Covid, what with her cancer on top of it. I love taking care of my mom because it's a way to give back to her and spend time with her. Since she's been testing negative, she's no longer contagious. I am so very grateful that she's recovering from Covid, because she still has the big C. My friend, your support has been invaluable. I am here for you too. Thank you🙏🏼❤

@Eager2Color I'm staying with my mom now until the end of this week. I've been caregiving. She's so much better! The main thing now is lingering fatigue from Covid, and pain from the cancer she's battling. It's a huge gift to have this time with her. We're very close. She's such a fighter.
