I'm glad your mom went home, but what's up with her husband? What happened to in sickness and health? He sounds like a big ahole!! How can he say something like that?
When my mom's Alzheimers kicked in, my stepdad said he was going to take care of her by himself cause he owed it to her cause she did everything for him for over 50 years!! And he did take care of her until she died.
