Not to mention when they chose which books & gospels were to be included, they purposely left out books that didn't fit their specific political, religious, or patriarchal purposes. 1 year ago...your idea of having under-50s, more queer, non-cisgender, & transgender people, women, & POC in governments. Let's pray the world doesn't follow the US' example. I feel divided overall. In my day to day life, I'm well & happy. But there's this shadow over me, because I know my rights as a woman are actively being taken away, & I know that even more of my LGBTQ+ rights will be too. And that is VERY SCARY. It makes me want to run away &escape to another country before I'm jailed or something

1 year agoFirst of I just wanna say I’m sorry that I didn’t answer until now. It’s no excuse but from Wednesday to Sunday I was at the “Swedish championship” in sprint canoe in another town (it’s still not as fancy as it sounds). So yeah I tOtALy aGReE with u, they need to throw out all these old white straight cis men. Shouldn’t the government represent the ppl of the us, that means more ppl of color, trans and queer ppl. I wouldn’t say that the government in Sweden represents very well either, well ⬇️

We have 8 partys in the government (there are others too, but they are not big enough to make it in to the government) and they all stand for almost the same thing (just that they think certain things r more important than others, well except for THAT ONE racist party, but aNYwAyS💅🏻). The party leaders are all white cis-hetro except for one who’s probably from the Middle East. Also I’m not very into politics in Sweden so I looked up the party leaders and 5/9 leaders were women. Did not⬇️

1 year agoExpect that lol. But I definitely think the Swedish government needs more representation in 🏳️🌈 and ppl of color. And also I think the us needs to change, not just getting rid of bad ppl, but to makee we it a united country. Having the same laws in the whole country would be much better (if they’re not republican ofc). And even if it a law really only apply to/work on a certain area it’s better to just make the whole country follow the law. I know the us is a big f*cking place and that’s why it ⬇️

1 year agoNeeds to be united. Also idk exactly how the voting system works cus it’s hella confusing. Wouldn’t it just be better if everybody in the country voted for who they want as president, then the votes are counted EQUALLY and the one with the most votes become president. 1 year agoThat's fantastic that you have so many different political parties in your government, I wish my country had more than two political parties. I think it would be a lot healthier for our government. Like yours, most of the people are all white, cis-het males. But we're getting some women, some BIPOC, some LGBTQ+. But it's slow going. I agree with you, all the state laws vs. the federal laws in the government here in the US are confusing & can really effect your life depending on what state you

I have this friend that I developed feelings for & it turns out they had feelings for me, & we've been dating & I'm super happy. I've never been so happy in a relationship before. And I’m the us they’re really screwing the young ppl (like I’m their 30s and younger, sorry if I called u old, but idk how old u r soooo….) cus if you ask the younger generation bout their political beliefs and if they are pro choice, most of them will be it. And like time moves fast sooo in a while we’ll just have grannies ruling over like ppl I’m their 50s

1 year agoAlso it hits me now that I’m not that ppl who are 7 were born in 2015. Like tf?!?!? Look I’m young but they make me feel old lol. I’ve just lived a bit over half a quarter of my life and I already feel cinda old. 1 year agoDon’t worry I’m doing well, and my summer has been amazing!! I’ve had a lot of fun canoe competitions and I’ve been at a scout camp and met a lot of new ppl and strengthened my bond with my friends. Sad summer is over too, cus that means winter is coming. And that means that everyone is a little bit more sad and like 5 hours of daylight up here. But enough bout me, I’m sorry that you don’t seem very well and I hope you’re gonna figure it out with Lee.
