And ur right I’ve been cinda busy. Just a lot of canoe competitions, training and other shiz. Recently I competed in ✨the Swedish Championship✨ (canoe). And before u think I’m some elite, I’m not. Sprint canoe is just a small sport so everyone get to compete. I’d love to know more bout ur June cuz u said it was weird. So far I’ve just been paddeling and I’m cinda disappointed I’m myself cus I haven’t done ⬇️

AnYwAyS have u done anything queer this month except for like existing like me? 😁 and I’m not going to Italy but I’d like to lol. I helped call out a major RC artist who was part of an entire far-right Christian group on here that were taking LGBTQ+ pictures released for free specifically for Pride and blatantly changing them to fit their anti-gay, heterosexual, cisgenger, white, Christian beliefs. 1 year ago..."opinions" & how they were tired & sick of these "over sensitive" people that needed "safe spaces" and couldn't "take a joke anymore", etc. I couldn't open a gallery hardly without stumbling upon this ridiculous, but hurtful narrative. 1 year ago...give us 1 month to celebrate our way of life without needing to cover it up with their "opinions". And in the face of a Pride month filled with an unusual amount of violence! There have been attempts & successful gun violence at Pride events around the world this month. Just today in Norway, which I'm sure you've been hearing about, hours before the parade. 😭 It's horrific & terrifying. I've been more verbally & emotionally attacked with homophobia this month than I have since I came out!

And then, here in this country, they took away the Constitutional right to abortion for women. That was bad enough, but what is even scarier for LGBTQ+ people is that our right to "same-sex" marriage in 2015 was based on the same court case as the right to abortion!!! 1 year ago...admitted that is their goal, along with possibly outlawing "same-sex" love, relationships, sex, etc. If we can't get these conservative nut bags out of power soon, America could be disappearing even more than it already is. 1 year ago...lot of people find it easier to be in denial when things are very dark. So they just let things "happen" until it's too late to do anything about them. And then the world falls apart around them, and it's like they wake up from their "dream" and go, "holy sh*t!, how did this happen?!" while people like me pull their hair out, roll their eyes, and yell, "Because you were walking around with your heads in the sand for the last __ years!!!"
