For two years I have been remiss in attending to my thank you/s to all my supportive friends. Changes occurred in Jun when hubs retired (unexpectedly), son moved out 2 days later and then my dog died. After 2 yrs of senior care with both human and dog, I have had little time to myself. Now, too much time to myself, so here I be, out of the tunnel into the light, captain of my ship again. ❤️

1 year ago@Patricia 🇺🇸 (Pat) Thank you, Pat! Today was a rough one but perhaps I am at the apex of my despair….. My coloring became more and more difficult, ideas seemingly banned from my mind because of the storm going on within it. And while I am very very sad, the waters have calmed and I am finally getting real sleep, uninterrupted, for the first time in 5 yrs or more. Not even sure how to accept that, lol.
