2 years agoSo lovely!! Hon, I think it would be so fun to meet up ... but it is likely going to be quite a while. I should know more in a couple weeks ... but ... back surgery is in my near future. I will explain when I know more. An MRI of the lumbar spine was denied, so we started with the x-ray which only shows bone. That doesn't look good. Getting the thoracic x-ray Mon and then resubmitting the MRI request.

2 years agoGiven the current x-ray, I doubt any denial this time. So, we will see the full picture then make a plan. I am thinking rods will be required. But hoping I can get away with disc replacements. But since I have developed scoliosis, stability will be a need.

I know a guy with that exact same surgery, rods, in 3 months he was brand new and in his 60’s. Here’s wishing it goes even better than your recent neck surgery!

2 years ago@TracyNWOregon🌲 As I mentioned NM was a daydream. I will never take a trip while my dog still lives and breathes and then there is the possibility of chemo for breast cancer hovering over my head, so I won’t be making any trips any time soon. Having said that, I in no way “expect” a cancer diagnosis! My appt is tomorrow for further imaging and I will know about a biopsy at that time. But, I will get a second opinion on that even, have a specialist I intend to see if need be. Have a gr8 day!!
