Hey Everybody! SO! Might be my last picture here as Recolor won’t let me finish a picture (like I wasn’t finished with this one, but when I go back to add to it, I can’t “post”) If i get to the place to post OR to continue coloring I can post. What is going on? Anyone else having trouble with this? ???

2 years agoLet me expound. If I choose to continue coloring and make additions…everything freezes and when I reopen none of my changes were saved. I’m terrified to uninstall and reinstall…feeling like I could lose 4 yrs of work. Any suggestions?

2 years agoRestart phone which you’ve probably already tried. How about “finalize” the pic by going though the filter stuff and “done”? Then try to reopen. You could open a second version of that pic by tapping the little blue box when you do one tap to reopen a pic.

2 years ago@Carrie 🐈🌸🐾📚💜 Thanks Carrie, I’m coloring from my iPad primarily. I have an Android phone, it works fine on my phone. I have to buy two subscriptions to this app to fully use it on both devices since Recolor doesn’t allow you to cross over between IOS and Android. This has never been a problem. I think I just need to uninstall and reinstall here on my iPad but as I said am afraid of losing my work even though it is saved on the Cloud…I don’t get this stuff very well anyhoo. Lol

2 years ago@Carrie 🐈🌸🐾📚💜 Also, yes I have tried restarting my iPad a couple of times…it’s not the newest version of iPad, but I am thinking of upgrading to a newer one…just *gulp* they are expensive and I have so much going on, my dog has epilepsy I am trying to control, and that’s just the start of the major BS going on here…lol efHave been emailing with TracyNWOregon about it all…am more than a bit overwhelmed so Recolor has been an outlet for me even tho not on as much anymore…

2 years agoWell, this is lovely. I had a similar issue the other day. I spent a lot of time on the continuation of coloring, then it went back to being blank. Try duplicating to continue coloring, so your original stays intact. Don't leave, it will blow over.

2 years ago@TracyNWOregon🌲 Thanks Tracy. This is day two of this problem. I feel like it will self correct as any problems in the past always have. I can still color from my phone…but…ugh, lol. I may give it a couple more days. Thanks for the nice compliment on this 100% UNFINISHED picture, lol!!! And yes, I’ll start duplicating my work. Such a hassle. OR I will just continue to color from my phone. I got a new S22 for my birthday, free trade in or I wouldn’t have, lol.

2 years agoSo sorry you’re having this problem too. I go thru this also. It’s so frustrating!! I’ve complained several times but they never fixed it. Maybe they can’t. Try making a duplicate copy so some of your coloring can be saved. I’ve been just ready to post, I get bounced out of the app, when I reopen it all my coloring is gone. Its maddening!

2 years agoHi Brenda, sorry you had to go through this and I had issues like that me too! Choose "duplicate" instead of "continue coloring ", that seems to work! Anyways, this is incredibly Beautiful -and Great shading! Have an Amazing blessed weekend my friend 💕💕💕💥💥💥💥💥🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗👍🥂

2 years agoBrenda....this has happened to me many times...I then started to duplicate which has saved me many times....BUT....there is a save progress automatically feature now in settings!!...it was never there before....one day recently I opened settings and there it was...i have it set for every minute and while your coloring a banner will flash...i don't know if the option is for both android and apple...i have android....@Dee Van @Mary Brand @TracyNWOregon🌲
