I'm so sorry! May God heal your heart ! I'm so attached to our Jack Russell... I think I will feel the same if something should happen to her. I always wonder why tortoises can live up to a 100 yrs. but our pets (dogs and cats especially) have such short lives. 😢

1 year agoOh Mari, I’m so sorry. My heart hurts with yours. We lost our sweet girl on Jan 31, I understand completely. My greatest joy was taken and nothing can take her place. I saw a quote that said “Between the hello and the goodbye there was so much love”. This is true. We are so blessed to have had this love, it’s beyond words. When they pass, it leaves such a massive void. I saw a video on YouTube of people who had near death experiences who reported their pets were there waiting. It gave me hope.
