Another gorgeous mandala- you do them so well!πππππππ Tonight Iβm using the air fryer to make molasses glazed pork tenderloin cooked over honey glazed hubbard squash. Itβs a fave of ours. Iβm also trying a new French sourdough boule recipe- it calls for spelt flour but I only haf spelt berries so I ground them into flour with my vitamix- what a terrible racket it made! But it takes less than 60 seconds to do. Tonight I make the starter and tomorrow the bread.βοΈ
