1 year agoShat gorgeous colors and your design is so beautiful πππππππ Iβm sorry to hear you canβt go on the family trip- I know your were looking forward to it. Having a lot of pain can really wear you out. I had severe back issues on our Charleston trip - it was very difficult and painful even with prescription anti-inflammatories and muscle relaxants. My nature is to keep on pushing but sometimes itβs not the answer- Uncle helps me slow down. Keep resting, eating healthy and staying hydrated.

1 year agoIf you can, add short walks to build up your strength. I couldnβt do anything for a few days- now Iβm back to a one mile fast walk each day with my videos. Ok- thatβs it from Dr. Auntie- feel better my dear friendβοΈ
