2 years agoBeautiful Pastel Owl, Auntie💕💜💛💕💚🤎💕. So glad the dr. gave you the go-ahead to start exercising again. Are you walking outside? Using the bands for separate exercises or while you are walking (not a good idea)? Exercise is great for our mental health as well as body health. Today I’m doing one of my Bar Method videos and some cardio later in the afternoon. Happy walking💖

2 years agoThis sweet innocent hooter looks divine. 💖 🦉 The eyes tell a story. Can you talk owl ? 😂 My egg and bread ran into something like this - Put some of the beaten egg (salt, pepper, milk, tumetic, cinnamon and chilli flakes added) on to a large frying pan. Place a piece of bread, buttered of course, on it then place cucumber slices, spinach, onion, on it. Pour more egg on top of it.Place another piece of bread on that and now sprinkle cheese, tomato slices and close with another piece of bread

2 years agoPour the remaining egg on top. Pierce the bread with a fork to make the egg get into bread. Turn over and once both sides are browned, remove from fire. 😋😋 Enjoyed making it and enjoyed more eating it 😋 Silky is a young cat thus wanting to play. Great to have her trained. 🐈💛 P sleeps most of the time 😴 Please don't over exert your self. The healing process takes time and the ear is a sensitive place. So, all other activities might have to get put on hold till you recover fully.
