Heyyyy luvs! Happy Fourth of July (to those who celebrate it) 🇺🇸❤️🇺🇸 I was planning on doing two posts for the fourth~ the other one had a dog and was suuuper cute~ but it didn’t get finished, so I guess I’ve got one for next year 🤷🏼♀️
I spent this evening watching other people’s fireworks at my maternal grandparents’ house ~ we can only do the fountain ones that don’t go very high cuz my grandma’s afraid we’ll set something on fire 😂 it’s a rational fear, tbh, so we watch the city fireworks instead

1 year agoThere’s been some scary stuff happening in nearby towns lately ~ arson fires, shootings, all that stuff ~ and I’ll elaborate in a post tomorrow morning
It’s past 11pm here rn and I need to get up at 8am so imma go to bed now 😴😴 trying to ignore all the fireworks that are still going off lol cuz I can’t see them I can only hear the booms 🎆🎇
Fun fact about the US for the Fourth (thanks for the idea Eden): Washington State was supposed to be called Columbia, but Congress decided that

1 year agopeople would confuse it with the District of Columbia, the capital, so they changed its name to Washington~ only for people to get it confused with DC 🤦🏼♀️

1 year agoFabulous July 4th pic!! Really pretty! My city doesn't allow personal fireworks AT ALL! $1000 fine if you get caught with even a sparkler! But there's still rebels shooting off occasional fireworks in their backyards! We have tons of city fireworks all across the city, so there are plenty of places to get your fireworks fix!! lol💙❤✨

And omg so many bad things are happening around the US and no one has seemed to realize that what they are doing is WRONG 😑 so I hope you sleep well!! 😴 wait I gave you that idea?!?! Awww ywww my queen!! And yea that makes sense. Don’t want any fire 🔥 😂😂 And omg it’s always so hard for me to ignore the fireworks 🎇 because I’m such a light sleeper 😴😂

1 year agoLove this, Princess 🍓…. And that story about Washington being named Washington is very interesting! And funny, tbh ~ they didn’t think that they’d confuse it with D.C.?! So why not scratch BOTH names (Columbia AND Washington) & name it Rainier or something?!?!

Yeah… didn’t set anything on fire tho, thankfully~ but the hills near where I live were on fire the entire night, burned like 3500 acres, and that WAS caused by fireworks (not mine lolll) Oh yeah, for sure it was me~ how did you not know that I’m your neighbor 😂😂 thanks again Cass!
