This is SPOOKTACULAR!!! Don't let those who do not understand the origins of Halloween get you down. Like Christmas and Easter, Halloween (Samhain) is Pagan in origin. It is not evil. The Christian religion took Yule and Eostre and made them days of events that historically are inaccurate. Then they made Halloween evil, hence all the claims of it being demonic. It is not. Reading about this stuff is very beneficial.

The only thing Christian about Christmas is the Nativity. Every other aspect we celebrate is rooted in Pagan history, which by the way is not evil. It is actually very humane and loving. Thanks @TracyNWOregon🌲 , I think they’ve decided that I’m not worth the trouble! I don’t back down from wannabe bullies. Still, It’s disappointing to be a target for ignorant people. Don’t worry, I’ve taken a few breaks, mostly to stop the momentum, but I always come back. It’s a fun community and a way to “paint” without having to clean up the mess! Thanks for your ongoing support. I’m not deleting this.

@TracyNWOregon🌲 I agree. Also, your spirituality/religion is fine with me. It’s just not my business. I’m curious about others spiritual paths. I just got tired of the fire and brimstone I was getting when I said I hadn’t been to church in a while. It started sweetly but, when I didn’t respond as expected, later posts warned of my horrible fate. Halloween, and my teasers in the last weeks, brought it back. I want to yell, “I’M JUST TRYING TO COLOR HERE!” 🤣 Off to get my booster & flu shot.💉
