Part 2 of 3 #2) You do not have to answer other’s invasive questions- it is none of their business. Learn how to redirect or change the subject. For this I found “English with Kim” very helpful. She has a YouTube video that explains excellent ways to change the subject if you feel uncomfortable. It is actually for people whose first language is not English, but I found it extremely helpful.

Part 3 of 3 If I knew these techniques when I was younger we wouldn’t have become doormats to people who saw our weaknesses & took advantage of us. But on the other hand, now we can teach our kids and anyone else out there, who can benefit from our mistakes. Love & hugs, 😘♥️♥️♥️💐
