Itโs a lovely hot but sticky evening here with cicadas singing, beautiful overgrown flowers, (they loved the water this summer), in my peaceful backyard. We definitely worked hard to create our boundaries, (long story if you know me), & now we can appreciate the peacefulness. 2 years agoSo Pretty ๐ I love cicadas & Beautiful Backyards & especially peace ๐ You earned it, I'm glad you can enjoy it ๐ I never learned to sew on a machine. I really wanted to. I used to help my grandmother quilt & mama sew, but before I could the insanity began & my 'Running with Scissors ' life began. I hand sew my granddaughter barbie clothes and I made her a couch & chair, mattresses, pillows & the like. I'd be mortified if anyone who knows how to sew could see them. But she's happy. You have
