Ok so today at Starbucks I had to order my own drink ( I normally donβt cause I have a quiet voice), and I started freaking out, I was a sweaty and my heart rate went crazy my breath was heavy and I have no clue why! Do any of you know what might have caused it?

3 years agoIt sounds like a minor panic attack! Social anxiety is likely the cause ^^

3 years agoA panic attack itβs when you freak out for no reason it usually anxiety related

3 years agoYeah I have social anxiety so this happens to me allot just the other day when I was going groceries shopping I started having a panic attack cus I wanted to ask the cashier to not put something in one of the bags

3 years agoSounds like a mild panic attack (like super mild donβt worry too much) I sometimes get these in school and anxiety (for you it will be social) is probably the cause.
