1 year agoYes I am on a little break too we all need to focus on our social lives bc we are very busy with them and have very bad mental healths too that we need to rebuild so I totally understand how you feel I hope you feel a lot better after your break!!!

1 year agookie dokie! a break is always the best for everyone. it’s always a bad idea to push yourself past mental limits— it causes unneeded strain. take care of yourself, mate. i know it’s cliche, but YOU always come first. take as much time as you need.

hopefully you feel better soon, have a healthy headspace, & good break!!!! it’s easier said than done so don’t push yourself on needing to feel positive 24/7. and as cliche as it might sound u need a little rain before the rainbow<33 (although i love the rain sometimes-) take care!!!!!!🤍
