Hello awesome friends ♥️. Update — I have my consult with the hand and wrist surgeon on Thursday, Jan. 19. I’m glad the hospital is close, not looking forward to driving with one arm 😬😬😬. Still waiting on my Medicare assessment to see what help I can get. I wish they would put me in a nursing home now to rest up — instead of after surgery or physical therapy. We shall see. God knows I could use a break from here. I can’t do much right now, not even get pants on. 😮😮😮. Hugs from me & B ♥️

1 year agoThis is beautiful 💕💕💕💕. If I may suggest, since the hospital is close maybe take a cab rather than risk driving with one hand?

1 year ago@Patricia 🇺🇸 (Pat) I showed him all the hospital reports and he knows I need an operation cuz my wrist and hand are a mess. He knows …. But he doesn’t help me much, except take my trash out. I’m on my own … for now anyway. I’m hoping that Medicare will put me in an assisted living space or nursing home cuz physical therapy alone may take time. Thank you Pat. You’re a kind and beautiful friend ♥️

1 year ago@KarenMay I drove to the ER by myself too. Luckily though I live 4 miles at most to the hospital, only two small neighborhood roads to go on. No bad traffic and they have a valet service so I don’t even have to park myself. Thanks, Karen, for watching over me. ♥️

1 year ago@Dee Stone Thank you, Dee. I hope it goes well … that’s all I’m worried about. PT on the wrist is painful. Luckily, the minute they order physical therapy I can be admitted to assisted living or nursing home…. Where I should be. I’m looking forward to the rest (but not the recovery process 😬😬😬). 1 year agoTell them your situation ... ask for help to relocate. They take elder abuse pretty seriously. I hope you can find the help you need ... but no one can help unless you tell someone what is going on and you move past your fear. They may be able to place you in your own little studio in an assisted living place. ANYTHING is better than where you are ... but YOU have to decide you are worth it. I am so sorry for what you endure ... please, ask for help to escape.😘
